1. Overview

NotifyCRM ("we", "us", "our") is a free WooCommerce plugin for WhatsApp customer messaging, email customization, and shipment tracking.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Our plugin communicates with our server at api.hustletoevolve.com for registration and license verification.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Store Owner Data (transmitted to api.hustletoevolve.com)

When you register your store, the following data is sent to and stored on our server:

• Store URL (domain)
• Store name
• Your name and email address
• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Plugin version, WordPress version, WooCommerce version, PHP version
• A unique store key (generated upon registration)

2.2 Customer Data (stored locally only)

The plugin processes the following customer data entirely within your WordPress database:

• Customer names (from WooCommerce orders)
• Customer phone numbers (from WooCommerce orders)
• Order details: order ID, items, totals, currency, status
• WhatsApp message content generated from your templates
• Shipment tracking numbers and courier names

This customer data is not transmitted to api.hustletoevolve.com. It is stored only in your WordPress database.

2.3 Courier API Credentials (stored locally only)

If you configure courier tracking integrations, the API keys and credentials you enter are stored exclusively in your WordPress database. They are never transmitted to our server.

2.4 Message Logs (stored locally only)

The plugin logs WhatsApp message activity in your WordPress database, including:

• Order ID, recipient phone number, message content
• Send status, timestamp

These logs are stored only in your local WordPress database.

3. Data Transmitted to External Servers

3.1 api.hustletoevolve.com

The plugin connects to our server for the following purposes:

No customer data, order data, message content, or browsing data is sent to api.hustletoevolve.com.

3.2 Courier APIs (optional, user-configured)

If you enable courier tracking integrations, the plugin sends tracking numbers to courier APIs directly from your server. This does not go through NotifyCRM servers.

3.3 wa.me / WhatsApp Web

The plugin generates WhatsApp message links that open in the store owner's browser. No data is sent to WhatsApp servers by our plugin. The store owner's browser navigates directly to WhatsApp.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Server Data (api.hustletoevolve.com)

Your registration data is stored on our server hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). We implement security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), shared-secret authentication between the plugin and server, and restricted access controls. Database backups are retained for 30 days.

4.2 Local Data (your WordPress site)

All customer data, message logs, courier credentials, and plugin settings are stored in your WordPress database. Security of this data depends on your hosting environment and WordPress configuration.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are subject to GDPR, we process data on the following bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing your registration data to provide the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interest: Storing version information to ensure compatibility and provide support.
• Consent: You voluntarily register and provide your data. You may delete it at any time.

Store owners are responsible for establishing their own legal basis for processing their customers' data through the plugin.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Data is shared only in the following ways:

• WhatsApp: Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp platform by the store owner. Delivery is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
• Courier services: Tracking queries are sent to courier APIs you configure, subject to their respective terms.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure: Our server is hosted on OCI. Oracle acts as a sub-processor for infrastructure hosting.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or valid legal process.

7. Data Retention

When you use "Delete Account," all data on our server is permanently removed within 48 hours.

8. Your Rights

• Access: View your stored server data through the plugin's Account tab or by contacting us.
• Delete: Permanently delete all server-side data using "Delete Account" in the plugin.
• Disconnect: Unlink your store from our server using "Disconnect" while keeping local plugin settings.
• Export: Request a copy of your server-side data by contacting us.
• Reset: Clear all local plugin data using "Reset All" in the plugin settings.

For customer data stored in your WordPress database, your customers should contact you directly as their data controller.

9. Cookies and Tracking

Our API server (api.hustletoevolve.com) does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools. The NotifyCRM plugin does not install any tracking scripts, cookies, or analytics on your customers' browsers. The floating WhatsApp button and email templates contain no tracking mechanisms.

10. International Data Transfers

Our server is hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Depending on the OCI data center region, your data may be processed outside your country. We rely on Oracle's standard contractual clauses and security measures for any cross-border data transfers.

11. Children's Privacy

NotifyCRM is a business-to-business service for WooCommerce store owners and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
