1. Service Description

NotifyCRM ("we", "us", "our") is a free WooCommerce plugin that helps store owners communicate with their customers through WhatsApp. The plugin provides:

• WhatsApp Messaging — Generates wa.me links with pre-filled message text based on order status changes. You click the link to open WhatsApp and manually send the message to your customer.
• Order Notifications — Queues WhatsApp messages when order statuses change, ready for you to send with one click.
• Branded Emails — Customizes WooCommerce transactional email templates with your store's branding.
• Courier Tracking — Manages courier services and displays shipment tracking information to your customers.
• Floating WhatsApp Button — Adds a WhatsApp contact button to your storefront.
• Custom Order Statuses — Adds custom order statuses beyond WooCommerce defaults.

2. How Messaging Works

NotifyCRM generates wa.me links with pre-filled message text based on your order status and message templates. When you click "Send," your browser opens WhatsApp (app or web) with the message ready. You manually confirm and send each message through your own WhatsApp application.

NotifyCRM does not send messages automatically. NotifyCRM does not store WhatsApp login credentials. No WhatsApp account connection is required.

3. Account Registration

To use NotifyCRM, you register your WooCommerce store by providing:

• Your store domain (URL)
• Your store name
• Your name and email address
• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Plugin, WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP version identifiers

Upon registration, you receive a unique store key that links your plugin to our server for license verification. You are responsible for keeping your store key confidential.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NotifyCRM only for legitimate business communication with your own customers. You must NOT:

• Send unsolicited spam or marketing messages to individuals who have not interacted with your store
• Send messages containing illegal, harmful, threatening, or fraudulent content
• Use the service to harass, deceive, or harm any individual
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service
• Share your store key with unauthorized parties
• Use the service in violation of WhatsApp's Terms of Service

5. Data Processing

NotifyCRM processes store registration data for the purpose of providing the service. Customer data (phone numbers, names, order details) is processed entirely within your WordPress installation and is not transmitted to our server. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

6. Courier and Tracking Features

NotifyCRM allows you to manually enter shipment tracking details or detect tracking numbers from other WooCommerce tracking plugins. If you configure courier API integrations, your courier API credentials are stored locally on your WordPress installation and are used to query courier APIs directly from your server. Courier API credentials are not transmitted to our server.

7. Service Availability

NotifyCRM is provided free of charge. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The plugin's core features (wa.me messaging, email customization, courier tracking, floating button) function independently of our server. Server-dependent features (registration verification, plan sync) may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.

8. Termination

You may terminate your use at any time by:

• Using the Disconnect option in the plugin to unlink from our server (keeps local settings)
• Using the Delete Account option to permanently delete your data from our server
• Deactivating or uninstalling the plugin from your WordPress site

Upon account deletion, your registration data is permanently removed from our servers within 48 hours.

9. Limitation of Liability

NotifyCRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. We are not responsible for messages sent to incorrect phone numbers or for WhatsApp delivery failures outside our control.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when terms were last revised.
